I think Some carers see me as a easy target to practice on and how can I say No, hehe! How can I refuse a lovely face wash, then all that gel going on and then the face massage!

Actually I think I’ve only had 3 washy things in 13 years, yes they are very refreshing and make you feel so very good.

Look here for a video on head and face massage, wow there are so many on youtube, this is number 1.
