Fort Bovisand, Plymouth

This picture was taken only a couple of months before my accident, we were pointing to a badge that belonged to another diver (I was borrowing his wetsuit)! I was on board a dive boat with our diving club NELP (North East London Polytechnic) Dive Club run by the BSAC, the British Sub Aqua Club).

We were staying at Fort Bovisand, this was opened in 1816 to protect Plymouth Sound, a large Royal Navy area, now it is a national commercial diving school and scuba diving centre.

Read Here about Fort Bovisand.

Have you ever thought of going underwater? it’s a lovely feeling when you get use to it! you can better your experience with a simple mask, snorkel or even a SCUBA set… they are the air bottles on your back!

Remember always call the Flippers… Fins!!

Enjoy…
